I have a lot of time for John Lewis. If we ever need an item for the house – mattress, fridge or whatever, they usually are my first choice… because they are dependable. The last thing I ordered from them – a Franke tap, arrived at my door quicker than you could say knife. 

So, I’m going to lash out £4.50 and order this lovely spotty rooster decoration and pop it on my table over Easter… you know, to get into the spirit of things.
